This is very nicely signed by all members of the touring party in ink. Seventeen signatures including Benaud, Harvey, Booth, Davidson, Grout, McDonald, Simpson, Misson etc. Good/very good condition.

Nick Cook, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire & England 1978-1996. ‘Young England’ navy blue cloth cap, by Michael of Chatham, with England emblem of a single gold lion to front. ‘N.G.B. Cook’ handwritten to inside. G Nick Cook took over 875 wickets in first class cricket during his career. He played 15 Test matches for England taking 52 wickets at 32.48. He is now a first class umpire
South Australian Country Cricket cap produced to commemorate the cricket match played at the Adelaide Oval on the 19th March 1954 between country teams in honour of the royal visit of Queen Elizabeth. The navy blue cap, by John Martin & Co of Adelaide, with gold trimming to peak and rim embroidered to front, with the wording ‘Royal Tour 1954. Country Cricket Match’, embroidered in gold thread. Allan Peter Wells. Sussex, Kent & England 1981-2000. England ‘Rebel’ tour of South Africa 1990-91. England navy blue cap worn by Wells on the tour of South Africa. The cap with England lion gold and red emblem with ‘English XI 1990-91’ beneath has been signed by Wells to label. G/VG Previously sold by Knights as part of the Alan Wells Benefit auction held in August 1996. Sold with a signed note of authentication from Wells. Alan Wells played for Sussex for 15 years before moving to Kent in 1997. In all first class cricket, he made over 21,000 runs at 38.57 with a highest score of 253no. He played one Test for England v West Indies in August 1995

The gold and green shirt with Australian emblem and ‘Victoria Bitter’ sponsors logo to front. ‘Warner’ and number ‘31’ to verso and signed to verso by twelve of the Australian team. The shirt was worn in the T20 International between Australia and Pakistan at Edgbaston in 2010 when Warner made 41. VG

Benjamin Arthur Barnett. Victoria & Australia 1929-1947. Australian tour of England 1934. Presentation leather bound photograph album presented to Ben Barnett to mark the Australian team being presented to King George V and Queen Mary. The album is inscribed in gold with the title ‘18th Australian XI. English Tour 1934’ to album cover, each page edged in gold. The album contains ten excellent mono photographs of the players with the King and Queen. Players featured include Woodfull, Ponsford, Oldfield, Barnett, Brown, Grimmett, McCabe, Kippax. O’Reilly etc. The first page of the album is beautifully signed in ink by all eighteen members of the touring party including the manager, Bushby and the treasurer, Bull. Signatures include Woodfull, Bradman, Darling, O’Reilly, Grimmett, Ponsford, McCabe, Oldfield, Kippax, Barnett, Brown etc. A rare item from the tour being available only to players of the Australian team. The album in excellent condition
A Walker & Hall silver gilt and enamel Freedom casket presented to Alderman Walter James Crookes, County Borough of Doncaster, 9th December 1948, the hinged lid with silver and enamel Borough Arms finial, obverse set with two enamel plaques above the Borough mace and wreath, verso inscription, on stepped feet, 82.33 toz, 25.5 by 14.5 by 21cm, with scroll, portrait of Alderman Crooke as Mayor 1929-30, local obituary notice, and a 9ct gold medallion commemorating `7 years faithful service` to the Doncaster Branch of ASLEF as President, 13.7g.

The watch was presented by Tsar Nicholas II to a Mr Jenner for services rendered as a translator.
