6 Hornby O gauge 4 wheel coaches, 3 LMS early 1950s with detail lined window frames, gold 1/3 numbering, plastic white rimmed wheels; 3 later maroon finish including passenger brake van. All boxed, minor/some fade wear, 3 associated. GC to VGC (minor marking and discolouration to 1)
A mid to late 1920s Hornby O gauge No 2 tender locomotive, 4-4-0 and 6 wheel tender in black with red gold lining LMS to long splashers, crest to cab sides, RN 2711 to tender sides. Clockwork powered, 2 fixed front buffer beam lights. GC for age (refinishing and repair to loco chassis, some rubs to transfer and light overall play wear)
6 rare Diecast space figures, 2 Crescent from Dan Dare 1953 set Dan Dare in yellow space suit and alien Treen; 2 Charbens spacemen in purple with weapons across chest; and 2 Hill/Cherilea standing walking one arm raised with weapon from right hand to hip all over silver finish, and the other arms to sides worn gold finish with blue detailing, both helmets rusting. A scarce Lesney large scale Coronation Coach in gold finish containing 2 cast in figures and 8 horses with 4 postillions cast on an fixed rod trace; together with Britains Coronation chair No 86D, gold lacquer finish on diecast, complete with stone of Scone, boxed, minor age wear. GC for age (minor to some wear to finish)
A rare 1950s Tri-Ang Minic Elephant and Howdah, approx 8” total length, elephant with clockwork walking action, finished in dark grey with long white tusks, 2 seated figures, passenger inside maroon howdah, which has gold coloured decoration. Boxed with packing, VGC minor wear, but one side faded, sun damage.
A rare Britains 1937 Coronation state coach (1470), comprising the gold coach with seated figures of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth, pulled by 8 Windsor greys, 4 mounted, in original 22” box; together with footmen (14), Yeomen (4), Life Guard escort etc, all added at a later date. A large short plush gold coloured teddy bear, approx 39” tall, fully jointed with linen pads, stitched ‘claws’ to hand paws, pale brown glass eyes, stitched nose and mouth, well shaped ears and pronounced snout, hard stuffed. Well cared for. GC for age, some cleaning of benefit, loosener in joints and a few soft spots in stuffing.
A Sutcliffe Jupiter ocean pilot clockwork cruiser, finished in red hull, gold chine line and cream deck and superstructure, complete with key and mast, original box, minor wear and crushing to one end.
