An Arts & Crafts W.A.S. Benson nickel plated brass tripod table lamp, with double-curving stem leading to a later bayonet bulb holder on a swivelling mount with knurled knob to fix position, with three trefoil leaf feet, one with fixing hole, and another stamped on the base 'W.A.S. BENSON' within a shaped frame, approx 36cm high excluding bulb holder.Condition: Pitting, spotting and wear to the nickel/silver plating showing the brass body underneath, bulb holder is a later, modern replacement, cord cut. U-mount with replaced bulb holder has a small crack, but is still solid and firm. A Japanese Satsuma earthenware koro and cover, Meiji period, with lion finial, the globular body painted and gilt with figures within simulated brocade borders, on tripod legs, height 44.5cm (cover repaired), together with a Japanese Kutani porcelain vase, Meiji period, painted and gilt with goose and swallows above Buddhistic lions, brocade balls and flowers, height 33.5cm.
A Chinese hardwood wine table, late 19th century, the circular top inset with a rouge marble panel within a carved foliate border, above carved and pierced fruiting vine frieze, raised on a carved and pierced dragon and cloud stem, with Buddhistic lion mask and tongue tripod cabriole legs terminating in claw and ball feet, height 80cm, diameter of top 55.5cm.
