Chips to the exterior in the raised band close to the mouth rim, with the largest area of approx. 2cm across. A section to the tip of one foot is missing. Scratches and wear to the surface commensurate with age. Firing imperfection including crazing in the glaze, lines in the body.

George III oak tripod table, circular tilt top on a turned and ringed column, splayed legs, diameter 77cm, height 67cm.Condition report:Slight movement to the top when horizontal. Old dark marks and partial ring stains. The planks of the top have been repaired in the past, most evident when looking from the underside. The latch and tilt mechanism do operate, with a really nice old iron latch in place. Column is good. Some losses at the end of the feet through kicking/ wear. Rich tone.
