Good Victorian figured walnut and floral marquetry centre table by John Kendell and Co., Leeds, the shaped moulded top above a column support and carved tripod base, an original label to the underside of the pedestal, printed John Kendell and Co. and with handwritten No. 16320 followed by the workman's signature, 56ins diameter. John Kendell and Co. founded circa 1816, Leeds, commissions included work at Harewood House, circa 1820 also at Farnley Hall, Rudding Park etc, see the dictionary of English furniture makers, 1660 - 1840 by G.
