A Japanese cloisonné tripod lidded vaseMeiji period, with a domed lid and flower bud knob, the straight, angled shoulder with flower decoration on a dark brown ground, below a short neck rim and above a vertical flat side with band of butterflies and flowers on a green ground, the convex black ground base with C-scrolls, 3¾in. (9.5cm.) high.CONDITION REPORT: In good condition, with no damage or restoration noted. Expected very minor pin-pricks of unfilled enamel to surface from the making - see images which are available by request. Knob loose. See Illustration.

A Fine George III Mahogany Tripod Table. The tilting one-piece top of mellow colour having a moulded 'pie-crust' edge raised on a stop fluted centre column with a beaded foliate carved knop above a tripod base. The out-swept legs enriched with sprays of acanthus to the hips and terminating on unusual 'shell' feet, 26½ ins (67 cms) in height, 31 ins (79 cms) in diameter.
A CHINESE FAMILLE ROSE RUBY GROUND TRIPOD INCENSE BURNER, JIAQING MARK AND PERIOD (1796-1820), H: 26.8 cm. This tripod censer is finely made with a globular body enamelled with the Eight Buddhist Auspicious Motifs, or 'Babao'. On the body, the stylized lotus flowers and the highly decorative tendrils stretch to the legs, with upright handles. The interior is enamelled in turquoise. With an imperial Jiaqing mark and period inscribed on the outer rim of the mouth ('da qing jia qing nian zhi'). This shape of censer is traditionally used together with a group of vessels at Buddhist and Taoist worship ceremonies. Provenance: Private collection from British estate. Condition Report: There is a sign of repair on the lower third of the right ear of the incense burner. Otherwise, the incense burner is in overall good condition.
