An English walnut tripod table with segmentally constructed crossbanded circular top, baluster stem and on claw base, 64cm. high x 61cm. diameter. * Inspired by the work of such makers as the Barnsleys of the English Arts and Crafts movement, Christoper Faulkner is a practising artist craftsman specialising in hand made one-off original pieces to commission. In 1969 and 1970 he trained under Edward Baly at Week, near Dartington, Devon. He has been a member of the Devon Guild of Craftsmen since 1970 and was elected on to their council in 1970.
