A George II and later carved mahogany tripod table, the gadrooned circular top on cluster column support united by scrolling pierced brackets and on inscrolled moulded cabriole legs, 95cm wide. Note; The unusual design to the base seems to be derived from Thomas Chippendale's designs for candle stands- see the original drawings held in the Metropolitan Museum New York.
