A Derby Imari pattern desk-set. CIRCA 1815, IRON-RED CROSS BATONS AND D MARK. The stand of rectangular form, painted and gilt with iron-red and blue scrolls issuing from gilt trumpet-shaped ornament, gilt with further palmettes and urns, on richly-gilt griffin supports and applied with satyr-mask terminals, with a central oval well holding a candlestick and flanking two circular wells for an urn-shaped pounce-pot and cover and an inkwell and cover (some areas of restoration and light rubbing to gilding). The stand 10 3/8 in. (26.7 cm.) wide (6).

CIRCA 1828, BOTH CUPS MARKED HULOT RUE ALBANY N2/Fb St. MARTIN; THE LILAC-GROUND CUP AND INKWELL FIRST QUARTER OF 19TH CENTURY,. The first painted with hunting scenes, with purple and gilt anthemion borders; painted with a bouquet within a raised-gilt scroll cartouche issuing flowering branches; the inkwell painted with ships in a harbour scene, with bronzed cover, pierced liner and square plinth. The inkwell 5s in. (14.5 cm.) high (7).

An early Victorian rosewood davenport, with brass three-quarter gallery over tooled leather inset hinged fall enclosing satinwood interior with stationery drawers, with pen tray and inkwell aperture fitted side drawer over panel cupboard enclosing four graduated drawers with turned wood handles to left-hand side, the right with fixed panel, the front with recessed panel between fretwork infilled C-scroll uprights, on shaped base with lotus leaf carved feet, 88cm high, 56cm wide, 58cm deep.
