CONDITION REPORT: Inkwell has a broken hinge and several dents, particularly to the lid and base. The decanter labels both have broken chain attachments to one side. Boat has one end missing and is dented.

Early-mid 19th Century ladies ebony table top writing/sewing cabinet inlaid with mother-of-pearl detailing, the lift-up top opening to reveal various fitted compartments, the body featuring two doors opening to reveal two slide-out drawers, one with jewellery compartments, and a writing slope pulling out from base with original inkwell. Top section also contains various original sewing instruments including Palais Royale style scissors and bone and mother-of-pearl thread reels, 22 pieces in total.
