A Staffordshire equestrian flatback, 19th c, the rider in Scottish tartan, 22.5cm h, a Staffordshire model of a recumbent ram, 8cm w, a similar sheep, 8.5cm w, a recumbent whippet inkwell, further figures, including two shepherds, pastille burners and model houses, spill vases, spaniels, two 20th c reproductions, etc., (22) The equestrian flatback in overall good condition, the loss of one arm apparently contemporary with manufacture as over-decorated. The ram and sheep models good, nibbled and crazed as expected. The whippet inkwell restored, its foot also chipped. Other pieces not individually examined, but with conforming degrees of condition and wear.
