Morrell, London, a collection of pens and pencils including; a Swan leverless fountain pen in its original cardboard box, four other fountain pens to include; a Parker Slimfold, 'The De La Rue' pen, Osmiroide and a Vacuematic, a 'Midget' pen wooden and steel case in the shape of a fountain pen marked John Cooke & Sons no. 851 containing; bone handled pen, pencil and letter opener, 19th Century Bramah pen with mother of pearl handle, a rosewood propelling spirally carved pencil, a white metal pen and pencil with four colours and a metal combined rubber stamp, pen and pencil. Edwardian Period Pleasing Silver Inkstand. Rectangular in form, with twin handles and space for one inkwell. The silver topped cut glass inkwell marked for the Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co. London 1901. The silver inkstand marked for Walker & Hall, Sheffield 1908. Silver stand weighs 129.7 grams and measures 7.5" - 18.75 cm diameter. The silver inkstand is in good overall condition all aspects. The inkwell with silver top has pin missing to hinge - no damage of any sort to glass. See photographs.
Tudric pewter inkwell with a square section pen tray, design attributed to Archibald Knox (1864-1933), the tray has four blue enamel roundels while the cover is set with a rectangular blue enamel panel, circa 1905, marked model number 0141 to base, 15.5cm square. Loss to central blue enamel plaque approx 10mm x 5mm. Multiple surface marks and scratches to pewter (see additional images).
Exceptionally rare and important Lowestoft inkwell circa 1770, decorated by the Tulip Painter, with floral designs and divergent tulip, 7cm diam.
