Original vintage World War Two propaganda poster - Soviet War Poster Rush British arms to Russian hands - featuring a cartoon style caricature illustration by Nikolai Radlov (1889-1942) depicting the Nazi German leader Adolf Hitler wearing uniform and a swastika armband being strangled by the arms of Britain and the Soviet Union from each side, marked with the Union Jack flag and red and white USSR star on the sleeves, a bloodied axe falling with Hitler's pistol gun above the text in Russian and translation in English - Two hands in friendship strong as steel one to the other are extended. The fascist throat their grip will feel throttling til life is ended - the image pinned to a blue background with the bold white stylised title lettering above and below. Issued by the British Ministry of Supply for display in war production factories following the Anglo-Soviet Agreement signed on 12 July 1941, a military alliance to ensure both sides help each other in the fight against Germany and only make peace with Germany by mutual agreement, using the design of the Soviet TASS poster No.68 published on 14 July 1941.
