India.- Gastaldi (Giacomo) Seconda Tavola, map of southern Asia, oriented with south at the top, showing Arabia (with Bahrain) on the right, India, Ceylon and the Maldives, with the edge of Sumatra at the top left, from Ramusio's 'Delle navigationi et viaggi', numerous illustrations of hunters and elephants and other wildlife feature, six large sea monsters fill the ocean, engraving on 16th century laid paper with watermark of an [?]axe, platemark 280 x 385 mm. (11 x 15 1/8 in), sheet 310 x 400 mm. (12 1/4 x 15 3/4 in), central vertical fold, minor handling creases, unframed, Venice, [circa 1563 and later].⁂ Engraved version, cut in 1563 after the original woodcut was destroyed in a fire at the printing house in 1557.

Prehistoric tools: A fine Long shafted Neolithic hand axe , North Africa on bronze stand 28cm high overall, A prized possession of an ancestor, this hand or shafted axe probably captivated an ancient as much as we are today by the fine grade of the stone, honed thousands of years ago, preserved kindly by the subsequent centuries. With a smooth surface patina to the touch, derived from continuous handling conditions with partial wear to the edges, exhibiting an exquisite fineness of mastered form and possibly once surmounted onto a wooden shaft and attached by animal sinew or reed straps.
dating: 1942 provenance: Great Britain, Jeep MB Ford USA, produced in 1942, with Willys engine. S.A.S. Battle Jeep installation has been faithfully reconstructed based on vintage photos and includes: sand-color painting, simulacrum, not functioning of the Vickers K machine gun, coupled in the bonnet, simulacrum, not functioning of the Vickers K machine gun, placed on the driver's side, sentry column and support saddle for Browning 1919 anti-aircraft machine gun (not present), five gasoline tanks on the bonnet, on the front bumper a tank joined to the radiator to recover boiling water, eight gasoline tanks in the back part of the vehicle. Other equipment: gun holder, support for radio antenna, two spare wheels, anti-cover-up grate, standard shovel and axe, oil and water tank and some bags.Other included accessories: four wheels with new, factory tires, kit for other Jeep type 'Follow ME' (tarpaulin, windshield, bonnet, flag holders and flags). Functioning Jeep, registered as a truck. Complete with ASI plate 'Oro' (for the fidelity of historical reconstruction). dimensions 333 x 160 cm.
dating: 18th Century provenance: Teschen, Smooth, iron, two-stage, round and octagonal, 11 mm cal. barrel, with floral engravings and remains of three, large gilt segments (at the base, the center and the nozzle); small iron axe with slightly counter-curved edge, with a curl at the lower edge, decorated with engraved floral motifs, crosses and traces of gilding, block decorated en suite and provided with two openings at the upper part, one for the barrel, the other for a ramrod. Flintlock with relieved, flat plate with floral engravings; straight, wooden haft decorated with bone bands and inlays alongside, depicting rabbits, dogs, and mother-of-pearl discs with floral engravings; the lower edge entirely made of bone engraved with floral motifs, with a iron button with traces of gilding; the trigger without trigger guard. Provided with a horn-tipped wooden ramrod (later). length 74 cm.
