Several surface scores throughout the background. Sporadic indentations to panel across the background, with associated paint losses. Frame rubbing to edges. Notable patch of discoloured (later) paint to upper left hand corner. Paint shrinkage in evidence, mostly to the lower third of the panel. Evidence of bitumen in the paint which is beginning to split and discolour.Little to discern under UV, although that does not proclude that some restoration has taken place. For further information please contact the department.
