Late 18th Century Chinese export porcelain Mandarin pallet part teaset, comprising; five cups, six saucers, four tea bowls, bullet shaped teapot, sucrier on stand and another shallow dish. 19 pieces. (B.P. 21% + VAT) Some general gilt and paint loss to all items. Teapot - spout damaged, frits to lid and base. Cups, minor frits and chips to rims and base. Teabowles - most have minor frits to base, one has large chip to rim. Saucers - three have hair cracks to base, all have gilding loss. three have chips to rim. Sucrier - large chip to rim and brown paint marks internally. Shallow bowl - large chip to rim and hair crack to base. Six sided bowl, very damaged and badly repaired.

Saucers: 11.5 cm wide. (6)Condition: plate was rivetted and has now been sympathetically restored, three saucers with hairlines, one tea bowl with hairline.
A group of late-eighteenth to early nineteenth century British ceramics, c. 1770-1840. To include: A Worcester Fence pattern saucer, three porcelain saucers and two matching cups, two pink lustre plates, a copper lustre and pink lustre cup plate, and red and white transfer-printed chinoiserie pattern small plate with pink lustre rim, a small stoneware sprig moulded mug, a moulded child's plate with a rural scene and a Wedgwood jasper oval plaque. Plates: 18 cm wide. (12)Condition: Fence saucer with rim chips, child's plate with break, one porcelain cup cracked, some wear.

An early nineteenth century Spode porcelain tea service as pattern number 2721, c. 1820. It is marked to the underside and decorated with gilded leaves on a blue ground. To include: a teapot and cover, a small teapot and cover, a creamer, a waste bowl, twelve saucers, nine cups, six London-shaped coffee cups and four with snake handles, and two bread and butter plates. Teapot: 27 cm wide. (6)Condition: some sight wear to gilding. One cup rivetted, small teapot with tinker repair to spout tip, two cups with hairlines.
A group of early nineteenth century green and white transfer-printed Spode Felspar porcelain trio and matching jug, c. 1820-25. Together with a flower-embossed cup and saucer and similar sugar box lid and a hand-painted floral swag cup and saucer. Saucers: 15 cm wide. (5)Condition: hand-painted saucer with hairline in body, flower-embossed saucer with foot rim chip, jug with crack in collar. Some wear to gilding and decoration.
An early nineteenth century hand-painted porcelain part tea service, possibly Coalport, c. 1805. Comprising of: six London-shape cups and saucers, six coffee cans and bute-shape saucers, a waste bowl, six tea plates and six dished plates. It is decorated with a wood grain effect with gilded rims. One can has a painted leaf detail to the underside. Dished plates: 22 cm wide. (25)Condition: very minor gilding wear, one can and one plate have a tiny foot chip.
A group of early nineteenth century Spode black bat printed tea wares, c. 1820. To include: two floral cups and saucers and two spare cups, two landscape scene trios and a spare cup, together with a further saucer, large saucer-dish and waste bowl. 32 cm tall. (10)Condition: Saucer-dish with 2" rim crack, one floral cup cracked, one landscape cup with fine hairline, one saucer cracked. Light wear to gilding.
A Royal Worcester Fallen Fruits teacup and saucer, hand-painted by E.Townsend, the teacup decorated with peaches, cherries, strawberries and grapes, dated 1938, 6.8cm high, the saucer with strawberries and damsons, dated 1937, 11.9cm wide, together with a further Royal Worcester teacup and saucer, painted by AG Moseley, teacup dated 1937, 6.9cm high, saucer dated 1936, 11.9cm diameter, a further cup with gilded exterior, unsigned, 7cm high, with associated saucer signed E.Townsend, dated 1938, 11.8cm diameter, and a further cup with gilded interior, signed Price, dated 1923, 4.8cm high, with associated saucer signed WH Austin, dated 1923, 12.7cm diameter (8) CONDITION REPORT:All pieces show rubbing to the gilt highlights (particularly to the saucer wells which both show some surface scratching). All pieces show the odd small loss to the glaze, the odd small dark speck to the glaze, the odd firing frit, and minor fine surface wear, but no obvious chips, cracks, or restoration. One of the Townsend saucers and the Austin saucer show surface crazing throughout.
A selection of Belleek porcelain tableware, to include a florally encrusted twin handled vase, late 19th century, 25.5cm high, two florally encrusted baluster cache pots, late 19th century, largest 11.3cm high, a further florally encrusted basket weave cache pot, 9.2cm high, a teacup, saucer and cream jug with clover decoration, early 20th century, jug 9.8cm high, four further assorted teacups and saucers, a swan salt, a shell salt, a further saucer and a small milk jug (19) (at fault) CONDITION REPORT:All four florally encrusted pieces show chips and losses to the encrusted details. All four have second period (1891-1926) marks. The twin handled vase shows a repair to one handle and is lacking its bird. One cup shows a full thickness hairline crack and appears to be unstable. The other cups all show small chips to the rim, and one shows a firing frit and glazing faults. The remaining pieces show fine surface scratching and surface wear. The shell milk jug shows a first period (1863-1891) mark.
A Royal Crown Derby 'Princess' pattern dinner service, from a Derby Original pattern circa 1790, comprising twelve dinner plates, 26.5cm wide, twelve salad plates, 21.5cm wide, twelve side plates, 16cm wide, eight soup bowls and saucers, bowls 16.5cm wide, six teacups and saucers, cups 6cm high, two tureens, 24cm wide, a serving platter, 33cm wide, a sauceboat and stand, sauceboat 20cm long, a teapot, 29cm long, a cream jug, 14cm long, a serving plate, 24.5cm wide, and a bowl, 13cm wide (73) CONDITION REPORT:All pieces appear to be first quality. One saucer shows a full thickness hairline crack with star head extending approximately 15cm from the rim, with a consequent small loss to the foot. The teapot shows some staining to the interior. All pieces show surface wear and fine surface scratching (particularly to the plate wells), and rubbing to the gilt highlights throughout. All pieces would benefit from cleaning.
A Hammersley & Co 'Dresden Sprays' matched coffee service, comprising twelve coffee cans, 7cm high, and twelve saucers, 12.3cm diameter, each piece decorated in polychrome floral sprays on a white ground with gilt borders, together with a further Hammersley & Co tea service, comprising six tea cups, 7cm high, and six saucers 11.3cm, and a sugar bowl, 8.3cm diameter, and a Hammersley & Co Dresden Sprays candlestick, 16.5cm high (38) CONDITION REPORT:All pieces show surface scratching and wear, and rubbing to the gilt highlights. All pieces would benefit from cleaning.Dresden Sprays - Eight cups and eleven saucers show no obvious chips, cracks, crazing or restoration. All eight cups ring when pinged. Two cups show a hairline crack to the base. One cup shows extensive fine surface crazing throughout. One cup shows firing pits and frits across the surface. One saucer shows a hairline crack.The other service shows no obvious chips, cracks, crazing or restoration.
A blue printed Worcester porcelain tea cannister and cover, circa 1775, printed in underglaze with the fence pattern (restored knop), 13.5cm high, a Worcester chinoiserie saucer,12cm diameter, each with crescent marks to the underside, with three teacups and saucers comprising a Jasperware example and two lustre examples, and a lustre coffee can and saucer (10) (at fault) CONDITION REPORT:Worcester tea cannister - The cover knop has been crudely restored and the rim shows small chips and nibbles. The rim of the cannister neck shows a small chip. The foot rim shows chips, nibbles and kiln marks.Worcester chinoiserie saucer - Shows firing pits and frits, and Blutack residue to the back.The lustre ware cups and saucers all show hairline cracks and wear to the lustre finish.The Jasperware teacup and saucer is by Turner & Co NOT Wedgwood.
