SET OF FOUR MEISSEN PORCELAIN CUPS - DRESDEN. A set of four small porcelain cups, each with a painted panel with a small landscape scene of Dresden, and also panels with sprays of flowers against a yellow ground (5.5cms diameter). Also with a miniature Meissen jug with encrusted flowers (5cms high), and a pair of Dresden cups and saucers each with vignettes painted with figures and boats against a cobalt blue ground. (9). * Meissen cups, one cracked and chipped, the others seem fine., Miniature jug, second quality, nibbles to the flowers., Dresden cups and saucers, one cup cracked and with a chip to rim, one saucer with star crack to base. **BP 22.5% inc VAT + Lot Fee of £8

Bowl with rubbing to the gilding and glaze scratches. Saucers heavily crazed and do not ‘ping’. Two saucers also with some staining.

CLARICE CLIFF; a Newport Pottery tea for two set painted with floral sprays, printed marks.Additional InformationAll pieces are very dirty, the teapot lid has been cracked in several places and also has a chip to the finial, the base is stained to the interior and also with staining to the handle and crazing throughout, the jug is again stained, very dirty but otherwise ok, the bowl the same, the two cups ring true and again apart from dirty seem ok, the two saucers have some light crazing but otherwise ok.

The tureen covers with some crazing to the glaze. Two of the coffee cup saucers with crazing to the glaze. Three of the teacup saucers with a chip to the rim and all with crazing. All of the large dinner plates with some light glaze scratches. The oval sandwich plate also with a few minor glaze scratches. Two of the smaller sized plates with some crazing to the glaze, all with a few minor glaze scratches. Two of the smaller dessert plates with slight glaze scratches. Three of the side plates with crazing. A further three with a chip to the rim.
