COALPORT; a set of six 19th century cups and saucers of lobed outline decorated with birds and insects amongst foliage in enamels between gilt heightened pink borders, the saucers with printed 'Salopian Coalport' marks (one cup and one saucer af), also a Doulton coffee can and two small bowls/saucers.Additional InformationOne cup and one saucer af as stated, both have cracks, cup has a chip to the rim, one with deep glaze scratch to centre, one cup with small firing crack to lower joint of handle, one with small hole to rim interior probably present from manufacture, two with quite short rings but no apparent cracks, general rubbing to enamel and gilt detail throughout, particularly to rims and edges, crazing in places, general wear commensurate with age and use.
