A PAIR OF PENNINGTON LIVERPOOL PORCELAIN COFFEE CUPS, c.1770, of plain ribbed form painted in underglaze blue with the "Horse-Tail" pattern enclosing a script monogram "BHM", unmarked, 2" high, together with a Seth Pennington high Chelsea ewer printed with a chinoiserie figure with a bird on her left wrist and a porter carrying a bundle on a stick, unmarked, 3 1/4" high, a pair of First Period Worcester ribbed coffee cups and en trembleuse saucers with painted blue borders, saucers 5 1/4" diameter, saucers with differing workmen's marks, cups with crescents, and a later Worcester wrythen moulded trio and a similar saucer dish (11) N.B. CONDITION REPORT: One saucer has tiny chip but otherwise no obvious damage. Contents: 6 cups, 6 saucers, 6 side plates, teapot, cream jug and sucrier.
Tray of late 19th Century printed and painted floral Wileman teaware to include: teacups and saucers and plates together with another tray with three champagne glasses with matching dishes and Foley china boot etc. (2) CONDITION REPORT: Sandwich plate has hair crack, no other damage noted. A Carltonware blackberry jam dish and spoon, (boxed), a Royal China Works, Worcester, floral shaped vase decorated orange, yellow and green, 12.5cm high, a Wileman & Co. Foley China dainty teapot decorated green and pink with matching sugar bowl, two cups and saucers, a Mason's 'South Seas' decorated fruit bowl and other ceramics.
A blue-ground, campana-shaped vase with gilt handles, decorated with panels of floral designs, 22 cm. high, un-marked but possibly Coalport and circa 1830; together with: six Dresden cups and saucers; a Dresden cream jug; a pair of Nippon vases; and a Noritake sucrier, cover and stand (18) The Campana shape, in combination with the blue ground, gilt and floral designs is also found in Derby [Robert Bloor & Co.], circa 1825.
