Group of early 18th century Chinese and Oriental export teawares (to include Kangxi 1662 - 1723) comprising five assorted saucers decorated with figures, precious objects and peonies underglazed in blue, and a similar tea bowl, character marks and symbol stamp to the underside of four examples, the largest 11.5cm diameter, also an 18th century Chinese export blue and white cream jug of boat shape in the Kraak style, decorated all over with blue underglazed pavilion and garden scenes, with lotus flowers to the lower, 13cm high, a Japanese blue and white vase (Meiji period) with frilly rim and prunus decoration, and an oriental hardwood stand.CONDITION REPORT: Repair to the rim of one saucer, chip to the rim of another. Nibbles to the rims also.

Very minor areas of gilt lacking, mainly to the rims. There is age-related fading to the lustre on the set. Age-related surface marks to the gilt, mainly to the interiors.

Age-related staining to the the interiors of the cups and to the undersides.

One of the pairs of saucers has restoration, quite obvious.
