A Chinese Porcelain Tea and Coffee Service, Qianlong, painted in famille rose enamels with sprays of flowers within gilt scroll and orange scale borders, comprising:1 teapot and cover1 coffee pot and cover1 milk jug and matched cover5 tea bowls and saucers1 teapot and cover - chipping to the inner rim of the cover, smaller chips to the inner rim of the main pot, cracks to the lower part of the handle over gilded. Filled chips to the spout. 1 coffee pot and cover - knop re glued to the cover. Flat chip to the side of the knop over gilded. Handle re attached. Body broken into mainy pieces and painstaikingly re stuck, left honest.1 milk jug and matched cover - some minor fritting. Chip to cover. Wear5 tea bowls and saucers - one saucer with a large flat chip and a rim crack, another with a star crack under the base. One teabowl with a short hair crack. Another with a rim chip and associated crack. Another with two pieces out of the rim, broken into three and re stuck.

Second pot - cover lacking only. 1 square teapot stand - large flat chip re glued to one corner, some small slivers lacking besides this area. 3 baluster milk jugs - one with a large chip to one front foot. Another with two front feet chipped. Smaller of the three with two pieces broken out of the spout and stapled.2 baluster cream jugs - one with a chipped spout. The other with two restored feet.3 teacups - no chips, cracks or repair.13 saucers - chips to most.13 coffee cups - most good, some with chips. 7 plates in two sizes - one with a large rim chip.9 side plates - one cracked.2 circular bowls - one cracked.

This example is in nice unrestored condition and is folded as issued. There is a border tear with a vertical crease in the second panel, light corner creases with a small area of edge wear, and some creases from handling.
