A World War Two (WWII) Third Reich SS officer's dress sword (SS-Degan). With blade marked "Pet.Dan Krebs Solingen". Circa. 1935 -1944 . This sword has a single edged blade 84cm in length. Silver plated hilt with bullion-wired grip. Complete with nickel-plated hilt-guard, and having knotted wired short ribboned sash with macramé acorn finial, together with original black japanned steel sheath, ornamented nickel-plated decorative mount to top.
