The square dial signed Türler- Zürich and enclosed in a rectangular case with pink guilloche enamel sides and a blue gem cabochon release stud to the top. A Collectable Cuban Silver Metal Match Case of rectangular form, the hinged lid centred by a gilded sunburst inscribed Sol Habana, with decorative enamelled labels either side.
Henry Capt. A gentleman's 18ct gold hunting cased quarter repeat pocket watch, the circular white enamel dial with black Roman numerals, gold outer Arabic numerals and subsidiary seconds dial, the cover inscribed on the inside 'Repetition No 31805 Henry Capt Geneva Demi = Chronometre 23 rubies', with glazed dust cover and visible movement with wolf-tooth winding in a plain gold case with original fitted leather case and attached silver curb-link watch chain.

A quarter repeating gold pair cased pocket watch, the white enamel dial having black Arabic numerals, shaped gold hands and signed 'Moilliet Rous', the chain fusee movement having a verge escapement with a plain three arm brass balance, a pierced and engraved backcock, a silvered regulation dial and signed 'Moilliet Rous a Geneve, 1256', repeating the hour and last quarter on a bell with two hammers, the cover similarly signed and numbered, having a plain inner case and tortoiseshell outer with pique work to the edges, diameter 55mm. * Moilliet Rous is recorded as working in Geneva, Switzerland in the mid to late 1700's.
John Cording, London. A silver pocket watch with detent escapement, the white enamel dial having black Roman numerals, gold spade hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and signed 'Jno. Cording, London, 432', the chain fusee movement having maintaining power, a spring detent escapement with a split bi-metallic balance, the finely engraved backcock having a diamond endstone, the backplate also signed by the maker, the case having engine turned decoration to the rear and hallmarked for silver, Birmingham 1814, diameter 52mm. * John Cording is recorded as working in the Strand, London from before 1819 until 1839.
J W Benson. A 9 carat gold pocket watch, the white enamel dial having black Roman numerals, blued steel spade hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and signed 'J.W. Benson, London', the Swiss made movement having lever escapement and similarly signed, the open faced case hallmarked for 9 carat gold, Birmingham 1930 and stamped with the case maker's initial's 'A.L.D.' for Dennison, diameter 50mm. * J.W. Benson were in business from 1844 until 1973 and are recorded as working at 62 & 64 Ludgate Hill, London with a retail outlet at West End House, 25, Old Bond Street. An advert of theirs in the Illustrated London News of the 13th of December 1884 shows a printed view of their 'Steam Room' and 'Mezanine'. They traded as J.W. Benson from 1856 until 1891 and then as a limited company. For details of Dennison see Lot No. 328

A 15 carat gold pocket watch, the white enamel dial having black Roman numerals, gold spade hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and signed 'Samuel Edgcumbe, 11 Cornwall Street, Plymouth', the Swiss made movement having lever escapement and signed 'S.E', the open faced case stamped with an import mark for 15 carat gold, diameter 48mm. * Samuel Edgcumbe is recorded as a watch manufacturer at 11 Cornwall St, Plymouth from 1883 until after 1902.

A 14 carat gold pocket watch, the white enamel dial having Arabic hour numerals, red Arabic outer numerals, a subsidiary seconds dial, blued steel spade hands and signed 'Inter State, Chronometer', the movement having a lever escapement with the engine turned backplate signed 'Inter-State, Chronometer, 2328662', the open faced case stamped inside 'Warranted 14K, to assay', diameter 42mm.
