Robert Ward and James Jones..... (who) at great risk to themselves, worked for 3¼ hours to rescue two excavators named John Lloyd and Morris Edwards, who were buried by a fall of earth in a sewer trench at Old Colwyn on November 21, 1912. Lloyd was dead when they reached him, but they saved the life of Edwards”. GWO & basically GC (some wear and dents)
