Dents all along the edge of the case, bail not gold and the interior mount is nickel.

Diamond end stone, blued screws, highly engraved movement. Fusee movement, made by W & J Baird Hatton Garden 1811 -1825 as per Brian Loomes. Winds and appears to be ticking but does have positional errors, needs servicing.
