A selection of 9ct gold items including rings, Masonic items and a gold medal awarded to A Sterry for services in the Great War 1914-18, the back engraved "Lydney's Welcome Home". Every soldier who survived the war was presented with a pocket watch, chain and medal by the Lydney Welcome Home Committee, in total about 500 were presented.
