A loose guilloche enamel and diamond plaque, the circular convex plaque in the Empire style with a central old round cut diamond in a millegrain collet to a petal edge border of ten rose cut diamonds, the guilloche enamel of pale grey-blue with an opaque white edge and mid-way ring, the outer blue band with applied gold wreath of paired leaves.
