Lot 495

London Transport Country Buses GIBSON TICKET MACHINE serial no 34324. As with all 'Country' machines, it prints a date so that Rover tickets could be issued. These machines were "converted" to decimal by London Country in 1971 by removing the 'd' from the pence values and using the 1/- and 1/1d values to represent 1 1/2p and 2 1/2p! Comes with its original box and is in very good working order. [1 unit]
