2x interesting putters to incl "Eskit No1 goose neck, blade putter with serrated/Gruvsol by William Gibson, Kinghorn, Fife c/w a Danga Wood shaft, this attractive, all original "no grip" putter has a series of cut lines to the front, back and along the shaped left hand reminder section together with a "Cassidy Vee" alloy mallet head putter with raised crown aiming line, rear circular lead weight and bore through sole. With square grid face markings and sound hosel this 34.5" putter is fitted with a full length rubberised wrap on grip. (2)

The British Governments in Nth. America Laid Down Agreeable to the Proclamation of Oct. 7. 1763 . This great map was designed to illustrate the new boundaries established at the end of the French and Indian War when England came into possession of the former French and Spanish settlements in Canada and Florida. It covers the east coast from Newfoundland down the coast to East and West Florida, the Bahamas, inland including the Great Lakes and French Louisiana. The large Lands Reserved for the Indians lies west of the Appalachians. Each colony is shown with a wide engraved line. Large inset illustrates Bermuda or Summer Islands. Compass rose with the fleur-de-lis decorate the strong engraving. Issued folding with light toning, some minor offsetting, and faint soiling. Despite its size, there is a lengthy note at bottom explaining that the Mexican Emperor and his subjects were ""massacred & almost totally extirpated by the Conquerors."" A good group of six signed large vintage gelain silver prints by Ronald Gunn, appearing in Les Troyens with Scottish Opera, 3 May 1969, all signed by Baker, one in black ballpoint pen and five in silver marker, photographers credit stamp to verso of each, 36.5 x 25.5cm (14.5 x 10ins), and one the reverse. Widely admired for her dramatic intensity, it was perhaps best represented in her famous portrayal as Dido, the tragic heroine of Berliozs Magnum Opus, Les Troyens, conducted by Alexander Gibson. -6
