The supporting pillar from the circular base has a four concentric rings design. 41/4" diameter at the rim. Replated to very fine condition. The Tregenna Castle Hotel, St Ives, Cornwall, was taken by the GWR on lease in 1878, purchased in 1895, and is still open in private ownership.
