An early 20th century guilloche enamel and silver-mounted eleven-piece dressing table set comprising: powder bowl and cover, two hairbrushes, two clothes brushes engraved 'Telma 1st May 1925', a handheld mirror, a nail buffer, two handheld nail tools, a comb and a possibly unassociated silver-mounted (smaller) glass bowl with maker's mark for Mappin & Webb; minor nibbles to some enamel extremities etc. (the comb with broken teeth and the nail file with damage to enamel at the end) Overall the pieces appear reasonable although the nail file has damage to the enamel on the handle. One clothes brush has minor damage to the end and there is some wear to one of the hairbrushes. The powder bowl has a piece of enamel damage to the edge of the lid, the underside of the silver lid is signed Telma and bears hallmarks for Mappin & Webb underneathe the hand made locking nut and is also dated 22.1.26. The glass bowl appears to be in good, general overall condition except for minor scratching and rubbing to the underside of the foot, as expected and commensurate with age. The lip of the glass bowl is in good order and it is noted that the engraving of flowers and swags is fine in terms of quality.
A large and fine matched pair of hallmarked silver sauce boats in Georgian style; each with gadrooned edge, leaf capped scrolling handle and raised on three legs terminating in hoof-style feet, maker's marks of Mappin & Webb, assayed Sheffield 1914, and JR assayed Sheffield probably 1906 (total approx weight 612.3g, 21cm)

Dial - the surface of the dial appears to have been removed, dial surface scratched, lettering intact with original surface of dial remaining beneath the lettering, some of the minute markers have been rubbed. Glass - numerous surface scratches. Hands - marks, centre seconds with corrosion. Case - some surface scratch marks. Crown - adjusting correctly. Bracelet - later replacement, the end links do not fit flush/correctly between the lugs, swelling to the links, wrist size 7'' approx. - Condition reports are provided for general guidance only. A 9ct gold onyx and split pearl dress set, 18ct white gold topped, comprising 4 buttons, pair of cufflinks and a pair of studs, cufflink panel length 10.7mm, 8.9g total, fitted Mappin & Webb case All in very good overall condition, no damage or loss to onyx, some of the panels are faded and now translucent, one stud has a pearl missing, all pieces are lightly surface scratched, marks clear.
