A George V Silver Cigarette-Box, by Mappin and Webb, Birmingham, 1924, oblong, the sides and hinged cover each engine-turned, wood lined, 18cm wide. Fully marked on side of base. The side of the cover further part marked. There is some wear to the marks, though each is generally still legible. There is some overall surface scratching and wear, consistent with age and use. There are also some dings and minor dents. The inside of the cover is silver-gilt and not wood lined.
A George V Silver Egg-Coddler, by Mappin and Webb, Sheffield, 1910, the body ovoid, the pull off cover with ebonised wood finial, on three scroll legs with ball feet, with space for burner, internal fittings lacking, 22.5cm high, gross weight 13oz 15dwt, 428gr. Fully marked near rim. Further part marked inside cover. The marks are generally clear. The burner and internal support for the eggs are both lacking. There is overall surface scratching and wear, consistent with age and use. The finial is pushed down slightly into the cover and there are some bruises overall.

Tarnishing and toning throughout. Good clear hallmarks with light surface wear. The helmet shaped cream jug is in poor condition. It is split, has had an old repair to the back, heavily dented foot rim and quite heavy general surface wear. marks are obscured.

The handles on the Greek dish are rather unsightly and crudely attached, it is possible that they are a later addition. General surface scratches throughout.
