A pair of Art Deco silver sauceboats, of angular elliptical section with a cast border of swags, an angular spout, wicker-covered handle and supported on long hexagonal foot, 9cm high, maker's 'R&D' Birmingham 1935 and a Mappin & Webb plated ice-pail, with twin handles and reeded decoration, 14cm high.
A goshawk stick pin, the realistically formed bird, seated on a perch with jesses, is pave set with graduated turquoise cabochons, with ruby eyes and two small rose cut diamonds to the beak. Set in gold, fitted case by Mappin and Webb, 9. 5cm high. Reputed to have been formerly the property of James Robertson Justice, actor and hawking enthusiast.

A GWR silver-plated small circular waiter's salver, possibly for correspondence. The centre displays the pre-Grouping "GWR Tregenna Castle Hotel" garter crest, in a wavy, multi concentric circles design. Four ball feet. A quality item by Mappin & Webb, replated to fine condition. The Tregenna Castle Hotel, St Ives, Cornwall was taken on lease by the GWR in 1878, purchased in 1895 and is still open in private ownership.
