A REGENCY MAHOGANY SECRETAIRE BOOKCASE IN TWO PARTS the interior of the upper half fitted three adjustable shelves enclosed by astragal glazed doors, ebonised glazing bars and gothic scroll pediment, the interior of the lower half fitted an arrangement of drawers and pigeon holes enclosed by a fall front with lion head ring handles and cupboard below with one slide enclosed by arched panel doors on turned legs, 41 1/2" wide and 85" high.

The lower chest having four long similarly banded & lipmoulded drawers; the hinged front of secretaire drawer unhooking to form a writing surface with banks of drawers and pigeon holes flanking a small cabinet to the back.
