19TH CENTURY FRENCH BRASS FOUR GLASS TWO TRAIN MANTLE CLOCK oval shaped case with removable top, bevelled glass panels, enamelled face with Roman numerals and exposed escapement, French brass drum shaped movement marked H. P & Co, striking on one bell. 30cm high.(B.P. 24% incl. VAT) CONDITION REPORT: The finish on the brass case has dulled with no remaining gilding. Securing nut from bell appears missing.

An Italian, 20th century, gilt metal and pink marble mantle clock and garniture set, composed of an ornate clock with white enamel dial, black roman numerals, bronzed puttis holding a gilt metal swag and sitting on an elaborate gilt metal base on four lion's feet. Both clock garnitures are also on elaborate gilt metal base on four lion's feet and are composed of a pink marble urns flanked by bronzed puttis acting as handles and with seven gilt metal, candle sconces. With winding key attached. Clock: 62.5 x 37 cm, Two Garnitures: 61 x 21 cm. In good condition, (pink marble chipping to the reverse side of each garniture). (3)
