Japy Freres - A French 19th century Japy Freres, Paris gilt metal & enamel mantle clock. The clock having a hand painted 8 day movement clock face with Roman numerals to the chapter ring. Hand painted vignette with couple on grass. The clock with a trophy shaped finial atop with cobalt & gilt detailing. Raised on elaborated plinth Neo-Classical base with palmette feet. With key. Marked to back. Measures approx. 40cm x 22cm x 15cm.

Early 20th Century silver cased mantle clock, the case of plain rectangular form with swing handle to top, wit round face with white enamelled face and roman numerals to the chapter ring (hallmarked London 1907), together with a silver dome top pill box (hallmarked Birmingham 1918) and a silver fronted Birthday Book.
