Sooty Snowball original full colour artwork (1940) by Robert McGillavray from Magic Comic No 80. Sooty wastes the butcher's sausages by using them as tyres for his delivery bike! Small corner pieces missing from top left and top right. Sooty Snowball was one of the few characters to continue when Magic Comic was amalgamated into the Magic-Beano Book in 1942. This is only the second artwork known to survive. Poster colour on card, 9 x 14 ins.
