A Midwinter "Magic Moments" coffee service for six, designed by Jessie Tait Condition: 1 Teapot, 8 ins, lid has crazing, body in very good condition with no visible marks.1 Cream Jug, 3.5 ins to the top of the handle. Very good condition, no visible problems.1 Sugar Bowl, 2 ins to highest point, no visible problems.6 Tea Cups, 4 have crazing inside, 1 of which is very visible, outsides are in very good condition with no visible problems. 6 Saucers, 1 with crazing to painted surface and also a firing fault to underneath, 4 have firing faults underneath, 1 has crazing underneath but no firing faults. No scratching where cups would sit.6 Tea Plates, 3 with light surface scratching not affecting the design, 2 have some light crazing, 1 has crazing to the underneath. All have firing faults to the underneath.

dating: 17th Century provenance: Northern Germany, Straight, double-edged blade of lenticular section, with fuller at the base, featuring Passau Wolf and magic number '1444' on both sides. Iron hilt, decorated with knots, shell-guards are missing, vase-shaped pommel, thumb ring. Wooden grip with iron wire binding and moor's heads. length 91 cm.

The Magic Lantern also coming with electrical component. Condition Report: Magic Lantern itself has got some wear & minor rusting / pitting to exterior, as said in the description there is an electrical component that comes with this (not tested as working the lantern itself), large quantity of slides - not individually looked at, some of the cases have damage to them. More detailed report on request.
A chest of magic lantern slides including hand coloured scenes of Lisbon, Madeira and the Canary Islands particularly La Orotava, San Cristóbal de La Laguna and Santa Cruz.Along with educational slides on Ancient Rome titled, History of Nations. And many historical etchings of the French Revolution including; The Coronation of Empress Josephine, The capture of the Bastille, Louis XVI distributing gifts to the poor and Marie-Antoinette led to execution, together with two boxes of slides showing William Hogarth etchings.
