A pair of 19th Century plated on copper table candlesticks in the Rococo manner, with all-over scrolling foliate and floral decoration, the main columns of fluted form with acanthus decoration, 31 cm high, together with two silver navette form open salts, a rounded rectangular open salt, embossed silver baby spoon depicting Hey Diddle Diddle, "Sherry" bottle tag, "Port" bottle tag, two silver propelling pencils, 4.28 oz weighable silver and a collection of various plated wares to include a semi-reeded teapot, oval dish, desk stand with one inkwell, pair of glove stretchers, cream jug, plated baby spoon, two cut glass pineapple cut basket shaped salts, blown glass bird figure, plated bowl with crimped edge, nail file, buffer and small cut glass bottle and a capodimonte figure of a "Tramp feeding doves on a park bench"
A Victorian cast iron grape, dog and serpent garden bench, probably by Coalbrookdale - the pierced back and seat with joined scroll and lozenge decoration, over foliate scroll arms with dog head terminals, raised on foliate scroll and coiled serpent supports, with foliate feet, 137cm long, 97cm high, old repairs to seat.
dating: Early 19th Century provenance: London, Smoothbore, round, 17 mm cal. barrel with rib, browning with damascus pattern, marked 'LONDON' and with marks of the test bench, the base with pearlised engraved ring, foresight. Engraved and browned tang, with rear sight. Flintlock signed 'Twigg', tang slightly lowered. Wooden stock with brass mounts, trigger guard with floral engravings. Deer horn-tipped wooden ramrod and iron cartridge extractors. length 37 cm.
dating: about 1855 provenance: United Kingdom, Octagonal, rifled, 11 mm cal barrel with rear sight and front sight; smooth five-shot cylinder with marks of the London test bench. Frame outlined at the border, marked 'ADAM'S PATENT No. 3504' and with 'LAC' mark under crown within a shield. Safety lock. Beautiful, original, 95% browning. Checkered, wooden butt, iron butt-plate. In its wooden case lined with green cloth inside and with the label of Henry Tatham in London, provided with several tools. length 29 cm.
dating: Third quarter of the 19th Century provenance: Papal States, Round, rifled, 12 mm cal. barrel (slightly dusty bore, with visible rifling), octagonal base marked with pontifical mark, mark of the Liège test bench, serial number '45xx' and with other marks, a little further the mark 'E. M. & L. NAGANT A LIEGE'; with foresight, clutch for the bayonet, foldaway and adjustable rear sight. Iron frame marked 'BREVET REMINGTON', various marks including 'X' and 'S' under crown, serial number matching the barrel. Rolling block bolt with marks and serial number also matching the barrel. Working mechanism. Wooden butt and fore-end (a couple of woodworm holes on the butt), still visible on the right side of the butt stock, the stamp 'CATHOLIQUES BELGES' with date '1868'. Iron mounts and ramrod. Together with a yatagan bayonet (length 69.5 cm) with matching serial number, iron scabbard. length 130.5 cm.
dating: Mid 19th Century provenance: Bristol, Cylindrical, rifled, turn-off, 11 mm cal barrel, the base with three marks of the Birmingham test bench. Iron box-lock type frame signed 'GILLET' and 'BRISTOL' among engravings depicting racemes, foldaway trigger, working mechanism. Micro-knurled, wooden butt with rectangular silver escutcheon on the back. In a curious case made from an antique book. With pages glued and hollowed out creating an inner compartment for the pistol. Inside, the key to unscrew the barrel and the nipple. length 15 cm.

Forward spring locks engraved with rocaille and floral motifs. Wooden stocks with fore-end caps carved with floral motifs in bas-relief, grooved butts. Iron mounts decorated en suite. Trigger guards with finger support. Set trigger. Originally cased, without ramrod. The cock wedge needs revision. length 42 cm.

Flintlock marked 'GR' under crown, 'TOWER' and with broad arrow. Lock plate and cock borders with double lines. Wooden, full stock (restorations at the front of the stock) with smooth, brass mounts. Five-shot cylinder with remains of scene depicting a stagecoach attack, visible 'COLTS PATENT' and abbreviated matching numbers, marks of the London bench. Frame marked with 'COLTS PATENT, serial number '35xx' also on the cylinder pin. Working mechanism. Typical iron handle bands of the London second production, with marching serial numbers. dating: provenance: England, Rifled, octagonal, 34 cal. barrel (clean bore, visible rifling), with (slightly flattened) foresight and fixed rear sight, signed 'N.W. HANSON DONCASTER' on the back, with marks of the London test bench. The surface of the barrel keeping about 80% of its antique bluing. Nozzle with engraved leaves, base with engravings around the cartridge rammer compartment. The lever with a swiveling release system and the cartridge rammer with return spring (!). The base of the cartridge rammer's lever with serial number '20xx' and 'V R PATENT' with crown. Six-shot cylinder with well-preserved chambers numbered on the front side of the cylinder, the sides with mark of the London test bench. Well working, single-action mechanism. The cylinder provided with a swiveling system on the pin, therefore when it is rotated, it slides backwards to avoid friction; when the chamber is aligned with the barrel for firing, the cylinder slides forward again to better fit the breech. Metal frame without finishing, the cylinder likewise and engraved with racemes as the barrel, and with frames; provided with an external safety lock on the right side to lock the cock in the first cocking position. Checkered, wooden butt with a corrector ring on the back (pertinent?) and a silver shield. Steel butt-plate with floral engraving and a primer case. Trigger guard engraved en suite with the frame. Remains of casehardening. A revolver of high aesthetic and mechanic quality. length 24,5 cm.
dating: 1859 - 1868 provenance: USA, Octagonal, rifled, 6-1/2', 36 cal barrel (clean bore, visible rifling), with remains of the marking 'MANHATTAN FIRE ARMS CO. NEWARKN.J. / PATENTED MARCH 8 1864' at the back, marks of the London test bench on the side. The barrel's serial number matching with frame, wedge with abbreviated matching numbers. Five-shot cylinder with remains of medallion engraving, mark of the London bench and f the patent. Working mechanism. Serial number '59xxx'. Brass bands numbered en suite. Walnut handle. With remains of antique finishing. IV series. Manhattan produced its 26 cal. revolver combining features of the Colt 1849 Pocket and the 1851 Navy. Six-shot cylinder with remains of naval battle scene between the Texan and Mexican fleets, marks of the London test bench near the nipples, marching serial number clearly legible. Frame marked with 'COLTS PATENT' on the left side; serial no. '33xxx'. Wide rounded trigger guard, iron handle bands, with matching serial numbers. Medium-good condition. Five-shot cylinder with crowned 'AF' mark, stmap of the Liège test bench, remains of coeval serial number at the frame. Mechanism working in single action. frame with remains of Kerr patent marking and serial number '107xx'. Lock without markings. Knurled wooden handle. Ring for the strap. Some spot with small remains of finishing. Many Kerr revolvers were purchased to arm Confederate troops during the American Civil War. length 28 cm.

Kept in a leather case lined with burgundy velvet and featuring various tools, the bullet mold marked 'LAC 54'. Missing key. length 32 cm.

The side of the butt with patchbox. Brass-tipped wooden ramrod and iron cartridge extractors. length 115 cm.
