A Late Victorian Black Painted Cast Iron "Falkirk" Pattern Park Bench, the ends with leaf scroll ornament, slatted seat and back, 83ins wideThe cast iron and painted ends have significant scattered paint loss and oxidisation to the exposed parts. The teak slats are highly distressed with lichen and moss build up and the fourth slat from the top in the centre has broken on either end and is loose but present. There is red staining on each of the bolts that attach the slats to the frame. General heavier wear to the feet commensurate with age. Overall the item is structurally sound however there is some movement between the ends and the slats and it has a slight wobble.

General scattered scratching and white staining to the teak slates. Heavier wear to the legs and feet commensurate with age. Overall the item is structurally sound however there is some movement in the bolts and sections. We can confirm this item is late 19th century or late Victorian.
