Grand Album Illustre de L'Industrie Automobile. Three rare in the market, folios (15½ x 11¾-inches) hardback volumes containing modern copies of the three annual volumes issued by the Automobile Club de France for 1900, 1901 and 1902, and originally edited by Huguet & Minart, Paris. Each volume is recently half-bound in dark green cloth to the spine and cover corners, the covers being in maroon cloth with gilt lettering and embossed with the Automobile Club de France emblem in gilt. Each volume is very well-illustrated, with much of the printed text in tri-lingual French, English and German format. The 1900 volume has 128 pages, 1901 144 pages & 1902 116 pages. (3)

Hucks, Norbert Chereau, Spenser Grey, Louis Bleriot, Harry de la Combe, James Valentine, Perrin, Rolph and other VIPs, and Pegoud himself signed upside down, together with a contemporary photograph postcard depicting the aviator with his Bleriot aeroplane, postmark stamped Munich 13 th May 1914, and two reprinted RPP similar images (Qty: 4)

BRASS AUTOMOBILE 'OPERA' LAMP CIRCA 1910 as fitted to high quality enclosed cars of the Edwardian period including 1910 Rolls-Royce Silver Ghost, with three concave forward-facing bevelled glass lenses and three brass blank rear facing panels one set with cut glass red opal, later fitted for electricity, bearing copper oval maker's plaque inscribed 'Model L.O./C.A.V./C.A. Vandervell & Co/London, 30cm high.

M. Keiller' within laurel wreath, 32mm; British Motorcycle Racing Club silver medal, female figure holding laurels and thunderbolt before Union Shield, rev. engraved 'B.M.C.R.C Second Prize 3. Lap Cyclecar Handicap C. M Keiller Brooklands 28 March 1914', 30mm. Good very fine (3) Clifton Macnee Keiller (1888-1968) of GWK cars. In February 1908 he began a three year pupilage in the engineer's office at GWR's Swindon Works. J. Talfourd Wood, the W in GWK, was a pupil at Swindon at the same time. 1911 he was living at Springfield, 19 Brackley Road, Beckenham, Kent. The prototype GWK car was built in a stable in Beckenham. In 1921 he married, at Wandsworth, to Doris M. Lorden.

London Exeter London (engraved) Dec. 27th & 28th 1912 C.M. Keiller, 28mm, 9ct. 10.4g; Birmingham Motor Cycle Club, winged female on a motorcycle, rev. engraved Open Cycle Car Trial 1914 C.M.
