Some oxidization to the edges of the mirror plate as to be expected with use and age. Some solder to the handle  visible to the join at the edge. Liner to the jardiniere later and quite crudely constructed. The metal is an alloy possibly with zinc component and possibly spelter. It is not bronze /brass.
