The enamelled chapter ring singed HRY MARC PARIS and encircling a visible escapement with the name repeated on the back plate and stamped with numbers 2323 22 645. The tall rectangular uprights veneered in green tortoiseshell with silver metal embellishments & stringing, and finely pierced gilt bronze mounts engraved with scrolling foliage. The clock raised on an ebonised plinth base with moulded edge under a glass dome 24 ins (60 cms) in height (A/F).
