In our opinion the carving is at least Regency and possibly much older, and set in a late 19thC/early 20thC gold and set with diamond and surround with complementary rope twist and beaded swags and borders. The central emerald is approx 21.2mm long, 16mm wide, has an estimated maximum depth of 10mm and average depth of 6-7mm
