A Chaumet Art Deco dress clip circa 1935, of Odeonesque design, set with a circular blue zircon above a rounded rectangular, mixed cut, yellow sapphire, all within a rose cut diamond set surround, all set in 18ct white gold, stamped 'JC' mark, within fitted 'J. Chaumet, Paris 12 Place Vendome, Londres 22 Bruton Street, New York 730 Fifth Avenue' case, 3.8cm long, 1.8cm wide, gross weight 16.5gms (one rose cut diamond missing - note this is set in white gold NOT platinum) CONDITION REPORT: We do not guarantee that either of the coloured stones in this lot are of natural origin, please satisfy yourself PRIOR to bidding and read our conditions of sale applicable to Trevanion and Dean's sale of jewellery and gemstones. A Georgian foiled back topaz and pearl set earring circa 1830 (later converted to a pendant), within cannetille gold coloured surround, designed as a circular top suspending a pear shaped drop, within closed back setting, 5.5cm long overall, unmarked, weight 7gms CONDITION REPORT: General overall condition appears to be ok. Some 'blotching' to the back of the stones where the foiling is ageing, some minor surface scratching and wear commensurate with age. Some dents to the closed back settings (see the attached images) possible replacement to the loop joining the top to the bottom sections (see the attached images). Top pearl may be a replacement, looks a little smoother and smaller than the others.
A tourmaline and diamond Belle Epoque pendant/brooch, designed as a large central, untested green tourmaline (measuring 25mm x 13.5mm) collet set in white metal and within a decorative ribbon surround set throughout with old and rose cut diamonds, all set in white metal, unmarked, with brooch fitting and attached later white gold chain stamped '750', gross weight 18.6gms, pendant only 4.5cm long overall CONDITION REPORT: This piece has been converted from a pendant to a brooch and then has had a much later chain attached through the top loop, suggest there has been some work done to this piece on the back - please see attached images for clarification on this.

Cuivre scratched and showing some speckles of wear. Minor knifed opening scratches/grazes to the inside of the case and cuivre. Hairline crack to face ascending from rim near to the 5 o'clock position. Also a 'Y' shaped hairline crack to face straddling the 10 o'clock position and descending to the rim (see images). Face appears clean would benefit from a light clean. Some light enamel wear to the Arabic numerals. Crystal showing some light surface wear but nothing too serious. Crystal surround with crack. A Russian silver frame, the rectangular frame set to each corner with coloured cabochon stones within a filigree surround, set with a mirrored plated, Kokoshnick hallmark and stamped 'KK', 27.5cm H x 22.6cm W (probably converted from a photograph frame) CONDITION REPORT: Tarnished. Some denting to edges. Five securing pins to sides missing. Scroll work filigree dented in sections especially to the blue cabochon set corner. Great Western and Great Central Joint Railways 12in mahogany cased English fusee drop dial trunk railway clock. The case, with convex surround and a spun brass bezel, has 2 side doors and a bottom door secured with a ball bearing catch. The GWR & G.C. ivorine numberplate 7 is on the left hand side of the case. The dial has been restored possibly over the original paint. The brass chain driven fusee movement is in cleaned condition. In working condition complete with pendulum and key. A rare Joint clock.
South Eastern Railway 14in walnut cased drop dial English fusee railway clock. The case with a convex surround, 2 side doors and a bottom door secured by a brass turn, has the SER numberplate 377 screwed to the right hand door. The back box is stamped 377 SE. The dial is in restored condition and is lettered BR(S) JOHN WALKER 1 SOUTH MOLTON ST LONDON 377 SE. The brass chain driven movement has rectangular plates which are stamped with the SER cartouche. The Southern Railway clock records show that this clock was last in use at The Booking Hall Reigate. Complete with pendulum and key and original Dr D.R. Parr sheet detailing his restoration and provenance.
Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway 12in mahogany cased English fusee railway clock. The case with convex and concave surround and a spun brass bezel has been nicely restored and still retains the original LYR steel numberplate 1123 and location plate PIMBO LANE. The dial, in original condition, is written JOHN AGAR BURY LYR 1123. The brass fusee movement, in cleaned condition, has shaped shoulders and ringed pillars. An impressive clock from a location that was renamed from Pimbo Lane to Up Holland in 1900. In working condition complete with pendulum and key.
Rhymney Railway 12in oak cased English fusee railway clock. The case with convex surround, 2 side doors and a bottom door secured with a lock, has PENRHIWFELIN pencilled inside twice and the GWR ivorine plate 2564 screwed to the left hand side. The dial, in original condition, is lettered GWR and clearly visible is R.R. Co 130. The brass chain driven fusee movement with large A shaped plates has been cleaned. A lovely example of a Welsh pre grouping clock complete with pendulum and key. Penrhiwfelin Station was on a branch on the Rhymney Railway from Ystrad Mynach.
London and North Western Railway 8in mahogany cased English fusee railway clock. The case, with a turned surround and LNWR enamel numberplate 4933, also retains its original cast brass bezel. The dial, in original condition, is written L&N.W.R. PRESCOT CLOCK Co PRESCOT. The brass fusee movement has A shaped plates. A nice clock in working condition complete with pendulum and key.
Barry Railway 12in oak cased English fusee railway clock. The case with convex and concave surround, 2 side doors and a bottom door secured by a lock, has the GWR ivorine plate 2172 screwed onto the right hand side. The dial in restored condition is lettered BARRY& SON CARDIFF BARRY COY. The brass chain driven fusee movement has large A shaped plates and is in cleaned condition. A nice pre grouping Welsh clock complete with pendulum and key.

The GWR ivorine numberplate 3373 is screwed on the left hand side of the case. The original dial has been lightly restored. The brass chain driven fusee movement has been cleaned and recently serviced. In working condition complete with pendulum and key, a nice example of these popular clocks.
Midland Railway 12in oak cased drop dial English fusee railway clock by John Hummel of Derby circa 1850. The case with a convex and concave surround, 2 side doors and a bottom door secured with a lock, has the LMS numberplate 12181 fixed onto the drop. The original dial has been restored as per the original writing and evidence of the A-M telegraphic letters are still visible as ghosted letters. The brass fusee movement has rectangular plates with shaped shoulders. No record survives for this clock however clock numbers 12180 and 12182 are recorded as being at the Signals and Telegraph Department Leicester so this clock was probably also used there. Complete with pendulum and key and original Dr D.R. Parr sheet detailing its restoration and provenance.

The back of the box is branded SER and stamped 208 SE. The dial is in restored condition and is lettered BR(S) JOHN WALKER 1 SOUTH MOLTON ST LONDON 208 SE. The brass chain driven movement has rectangular plates which are stamped with the SER cartouche. The Southern Railway clock records show that this clock as being in use at The Booking Hall Marden Station. Complete with pendulum and key and original Dr D.R. Parr sheet detailing his restoration and provenance.
