A 16th Century Relief Carved Oak Romayne Panel depicting a profiled head of a lady; her hair dressed in a long plat looped around an intricate head-dress, encircled by a laurel wreath and suspended from swagged drapery with a fluted urn of foliage above and a cherub (lacking face) stood to one side. The panel drilled with perforations and framed in a later beaded surround, 18 ins x 12 ins (46 cms x 30 cms).

The upper section having a moulded cornice embellished with a guilloche band and chip carved edge enhanced by punchwork, resting on deep reeded cup & cover posts and overhanging two cupboard doors marquetried with geometric bands, flanking a similarly inlaid recessed centre panel in a chipped carved surround with guilloche carving to the pilasters. The lower cupboard having a nulled frieze and two doors with convex nulling to the upper panels above twin lozenge carved base panels. Standing on stile supports 63 ins (161 cms) high, 61 ins (155 cms) wide and 22 ins (56 cms) deep.
