A late 17th Century table cabinet, possibly Portuguese, inlaid ebony, tortoiseshell and ivory, the top and sides with octagonal tortoiseshell panels above eight drawers disguised as nine, with two rows of three short drawers above a long drawer and a short drawer with fitted interior, each drawer with ripple moulded surround and ivory escutcheon, 71cm (28") wide, on an 18th Century japanned stand, the frieze decorated pagodas above taper legs with corner brackets (see illustration)

A second quarter of the 19th Century Mahogany cased Irish 8-day Long Case Clock, Chrisr Clarke of Dublin, the hood with broken pediment centred to a baluster Brass finial with Greek key borders over a blind fret panel, to freestanding reeded columns and ogee throat, to a long and shaped trunk door flanked by quarter columns and moulded surround to a panelled plinth base, to a signed 13½" engraved Brass dial, with rose and foliate spandrels, enclosing a Roman and Arabic dial, further to subsidiary seconds and ringed winding squares with scrolling garland and later pierced hands, to a movement with plates united by four knoped pillars and anchor escapement, strike on a bell, height 95"
A Mahogany and Satinwood inlaid 8-day Long Case Clock, the arched hood with overhanging pediment to three -quarter columns and ogee throat with long shaped trunk door and raised on a panelled plinth base on bracket feet with inlaid floral and foliate symmetrical geometric design, to a 12" dial with added surround and arch, decorated with cast and applied figural spandrels, with Roman and Arabic chapter ring to a matted centre with name disc signed Wm Porthoufe of Penrith and further applied nameplate Thos & Sarah Weatherald, 1765 over a date sector with later pierced and stamped Brass hands, to a movement with plates united by four knopped pillars and anchor escapement, strike on a bell, height 85½"
