A Davenport cream bowl, lid and stand decorated with green bands and each piece hand painted with a botanical study and titled 'Purple Corovilla', 'Round leav'd Rest Harrow', 'Alpine Erinus' and 'Lavender - leav'd Hermannia', each with red printed factory mark, a Copeland late Spode sauce tureen and stand, and one other 19th century porcelain cream pot and lid - Part of a private owner collection CONDITION REPORT: Davenport - Lid: Large crack running in from the rim, approximately 4cm long. Several other (approximately 5) hair line cracks running in from the rim, the largest to the centre of the lid. Bowl: Some crazing to the glaze. Stand: Extensively cracked and crazing to the glaze. Copeland Late Spode (pattern no. 1608) - Lid: Handle restored. Enamels worn in places in particular the turquoise ground to the border. The glaze to the inside of the lid is mottled brown, There is a chip to the underside of the rim. Tureen: Enamels and gilt worn in places. The glaze to the interior is crazed and stained. The glaze to the exterior is also crazed. Stand: Enamelled and gilt are worn in places. There is a crack to the underside of the foot rim approximately 2.3cm long Other cream pot - Lid: Firing crack running half way around the inside of the centre of the lid. There is minor wear to the gilding. Bowl: There is a small scratch to the tulip decoration, minor wear to the gilding and a chip to the outside of the foot.
