A SPODE PORCELAIN PART DESSERT SERVICE, c.1810, the borders moulded with flower panels intersected with polychrome painted posies within gilt line rims, comprising three plates, 8 1/2" diameter, pair of quatrefoil dishes, two pairs of two handled oblong dishes and a low pedestal dish, 12" wide, inscribed Spode 1943 (10) (Est. plus 21% premium inc. Two Worcester porcelain trios in the finger and thumb pattern, early 19th century, a further two matching teacups and a saucer, and a Spode bone china meat plate, decorated with under glazed blue chrysanthemum and peony outline with gilding, printed mark, 43.5 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The platter is in generally good order and rings out when tapped. The gilding on the rim is rubbed but 80% intact. One coffee can has a small fingernail size chip to the rim. Both coffee cans have got gilt rubbing to the handles. Both ring out when tapped. One teacup has a rim chip. One teacup has a rivet repaired handle. One teacup has a 4 cm fine hairline crack and a small fritting chip to its rim. One teacup is in good order throughout. All have issues with gilt rubbing around the handles. Two saucers have been broken in two and have rivet repairs. The third saucer has a small rim chip from which issues a very large shaped crack throughout the body.
