A large collection of Copeland Spode ‘Italian’ pattern dinner ware - varying dates with underglaze blue and black printed factory marks, including a cheese dish and cover; two circular covered casserole dishes; a butter dish and cover; an octagonal serving platter; a teapot (tiny glaze chip to spout, chip to lug on cover); a milk jug; a cream jug; a sugar bowl; 9 x 15.5cm side plates; 3 x 19cm dessert plates; 6 x 22.5cm salad plates; 7 x 26.5cm dinner plates; 6 x two-handled soup bowls and 4 x saucers; a pair of salt and peppers shakers; 10 x tea cups and 9 x saucers (of varying size); 3 x large tea cups (two a/f); and 4 x egg cups. * Condition: All of the pieces are in good condition, with the exceptions of:- Teapot: Tiny frit to top edge of spout and the lug on the lid of the teapot has been chipped off (or deliberately removed)- Smaller jug: Small chip to underside of spout- One of the small side plates has a tiny rim chip- One of the dinner plates has some glaze crazing to the underside- Of the three larger tea cups, one has a hairline to the base and another has a few small frits to the edge of the base. One of the saucers has a chip below the rim.
